Fayetteville Fingerprinting & Diagnostics is a North Carolina based company currently serving the Fayetteville, Spring Lake, Ft. Bragg, Hope Mills, and Raeford areas. We are your one-stop shop for all your fingerprinting and e-screening services.

OUR PURPOSE: Fayetteville Fingerprinting & Diagnostics, LLC was founded to provide the most efficient fingerprinting and e-screening experience in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Our Policies

Payment is REQUIRED to book an appointment online.
Refunds for fingerprint services are given ONLY for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time.
Clients are responsible for verifying the requirements of the institution that the fingerprints are being sent to.
NO SHOW policy will take effect if client is unavailable 15 minutes AFTER scheduled appointment time. Refund will be given for SERVICE ONLY.
Clients WILL be GIVEN a reprint FREE of charge in the rare case that cards are rejected due to denied fingerprint impressions. Clients have 45 days from the date the prints were taken to submit proof; such as documentation from the institution stating fingerprints were rejected.

How it works:

Note: While we provide free reprints for rejected fingerprint submissions, nothing can replace your time, effort, and aggravation with having to repeat the fingerprint process.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday: 9:00am-4:00pm by appointment

Saturday-Sunday: by appointment

1. Fingerprints are rolled in ink and stamped on official FD-258 fingerprint cards. (Can be supplied upon request)

2. The fingerprint cards are then mailed for processing. (Prints that are deemed unfit for processed are returned for reprinting.)

3. Results are mailed as requested , and typically received within 2-4 weeks.
